ear training
I got a chromatic tuner for my guitar today and realized the note I carry around in head is an E. With this new found talent I decided to figure out how to develop my ear and googled my way to http://www.good-ear.com. They have a free online application that quizzes you on notes, intervals, chords, scales, etc. It is addictive.

Greetings,
Yoruba.
hahahaha.. playing in all kind of bands for more than 10 years, I'll tell you - u don't need a good ear to play guitar. it helps sometimes to pick up melody, but alot of time its all very mathematic and mechanic. to me, i just calculate the music. especially if you aint going to play lotsa cover songs. :)
I'll like the chromatic tuner much better than the other kind.
it much easier to use.
anyway, there some cd's and allot of books on the subject
